The Digital-First Nonprofit: Sharing Lessons Learned from the Pandemic’s Fast-Tracked Digital Transformation

Digital transformation accelerated during the pandemic with many nonprofits packing a decade of digital maturity into 18 months. Many teams dramatically increased their comfort and skills with delivering digital events & marketing campaigns as a remote distributed team. It is unclear when everyone will return and work together in-person as we knew it pre-pandemic, but we are clearly moving towards hybrid models for marketing teams. This is the perfect time to reflect on the lessons learned and leverage the benefits of a digital-first team for success.
